This is one of the group’s most recent developments, set around the first golf course on the island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, with 18 holes amongst lakes, palm trees and the exuberant vegetation of the island. It includes 650 homes of different kinds, four 4- and 5-star hotels with sports areas and its own thalassotherapy spa, an exclusive shopping centre, different transport services and supplies, and its own seafront promenade, with a newly-conditioned beach and the creation of a leisure area.

Over the last five years, more than 2,000 homes of different kinds have been built in locations including Cantabria, the Canary Islands, Galicia and the Balearic Islands. Up to 650 units in destinations used as holiday homes, numerous residential complexes with 196 units in newly developed areas, tourist apartments and residential properties. The integral development of each new area completes the most emblematic projects.
