This Shopping Centre was created in 1996, as part of a housing development with 4,500 homes, soon to reach a total of 7,000, making it the main shopping area in the zone. With 1,600 free parking spaces on 4 floors, and 80 commercial spaces rented out on two floors, with the exception of the cinema complex and hypermarket, with a gross rentable surface area of 30,000 m2.
This was the first centre in the city to include a modern combination of retail outlets, a hypermarket and cinema complex.
